Finding them should be pretty easy. Start Winders Explorer (the one that shows you what is on
your drives, not Internet Explorer). Go up to the top level, C:\ , then click on TOOLS at the
top of the screen, then FIND Files and Folders. Tell it to look for *.eml (the * is a "wild
card", meaning ANYTHING.eml will be looked for.). Check the subdirectories box too.

It will return every email file that you've saved to the hard drive,

First, you decide what program you want to use (like notepad or Word pad).

Click on START button, then PROGRAMS, ACCESSORIES then select notepad or wordpad (or whatever).

Type in the text you want.

Click on FILE then SAVE and show it where you want to save the stuff, and what you want to name
it.

Easy.
