As Paul has addressed the problems of the sources very intelligently
throughout the discussion, I fail to see where he is trying to "destroy"
Doug. There will always more than one aspect to a problem such as this and
it is necessary that it be rigorously and thoroughly explored and tested
from all angles. That is good genealogy and anything less is shoddy. I am
grateful to Paul for his input, as I am to anyone who discusses it
knowledgeably.
