yup..hines the interlibrary loan option is good. i've been known to use
it.

so lemme see..all i need to do is persuade the new york library to let
their reference book out of the building..and out of the country..learn
to read german and hope that the printing is large enough for me to
read.

no problem..)) piece of cake. ah..if all of life were so simple. i
might even get real lucky and they've put the book on audio tape or
have a braille copy.
.
rural life is much easier thanks to the www. you just have to learn to
use it.
try this url.

and this one is pretty good too.

i happen to think urban dwellers pay a huge price or easy access to
information. perhaps they haven't learn to cope with challenges..like
the stores close at 9pm..so you'd better get what you need
early..erm..preplanning what a concept.
instant gratification..what a sacrifice.

omg..hines duck..reality approaches..here have a biscuit. go lay under
porch until your next victim d'jour wanders into the forum.

carpe diem yourself baby..hey and i even knew that phrase before dead
poet's society.

People who live in "isolated rural communities" pay a price.

Some things are much better, by orders of magnitude ---- and some
things
are much worse ---- for example, libraries. There are trade-offs.

Deal with it ---- and don't expect to find everything you need on the
WWW.

There is also the ILL option.

Carpe Diem.
