Here is a chart of the main line of the family, based on the account
in the Scot's Peerage. Since the evidence about the alleged wife of
Fergus, which was discussed in great detail earlier, is ambiguous, I
have left that matter unsettled in this table. As usual, a constant
width font and line length of at least seventy characters is needed in
order for this table to display correctly.
