I don't think so, but more to the point, such an analysis
cannot answer the critical questions surrounding the
princes. It could place the bones in the right century, but
that's about the limit of resolution for 14C (+/- 50 years),
and I am not sure that gets us any closer to the question
(other than enabling us to conclude that the surviving bones
represent the skeletons unearthed in the 16th century, and
not replacements.
