This was interesting. So Roger had two daughters by the name of Matilda.
Well, asuming Mr. Evans theory about Matilda is correct, which of these
Matildas married (first?) Guido III of Vienne? Or did Roger have a third
daughter Matilda? (Or is this theory just nonsense!)

Cronologically it seems perhaps more likely that the right Mathilda would be
the one married to Ramnulf de Avellino, since he died 1139. Guido of Vienne
died 1125, according to my notes. His (Guido's) daughter Matilda ought to
have been born around 1100 to have married Amadeus III of Savoy about 1120.
Their daughter Matilda was born c. 1125.

So, the next good question would then be: Is there any indication that the
Matilda married to Ramnulf was married before? And: Did Matilda and Ramnulf
have any children, and if so: When (ca.) were they born? Because, if Matilda
and Ramnulf married before about 1125 (Guido's death), then this Matilda
could not have been the same Matilda as married Guido. (I think!)
