Subject: Titles in Spain before 1500

>From the times of Ferdinand and Isabella onwards things were different.
The question is before 1500. I understand that the only Prince/Infante
of Aragon, Leon, Castile etc. was the crownprince. After 1500 the
Infante of Asturias title became the Spanish Prince of Wales and Dauphin
in France. What I am trying to establish is : how correct is calling
someone : Eleonore de Castile, Infanta of Castile. I think it should
be just Eleonore de Castile.
