Jean I, Count of Looz (or Loon), who died 19 Jan. 1279, married secondly
Isabelle de Cond (mentioned 1280), daughter of Jacques (Seigneur?) de
Cond. [Europ. Stammtafeln neue Folge - VII.]

I would be most grateful for any information regarding the ascendants of
Isabelle or her father Jacques de Cond. To my knowledge the seigneurie of
Cond belonged to the Avesnes family in the 12th century. Did it pass to
another family in the 13th century or are the Cond's mentioned above not
necessarily related to the seigneurie itself (or were they perhaps previous
owners thereof)?
