Thank you for your clarifications concerning the nonexistent Isabel.
I thought she might be a legendary figure. I found her mentioned in a
secondary source which quotes Nicholai Triveti "Annales" (ed. Th. Hog,
London, 1845, p. 98) as the source of the legend that she was the mother
of Kilidj Arsenal II (son of Massed), sultan of Iconium (ruled.
1155/6-1192). I am interested in his genealogy and possible connections
with Western nobility.
Any ideas on where I could find more information on him?
