I read with interest information about the Family at Settrington.

A branch was founded in the 1450's by Henry Bigod at Scagglethorpe who
was second son of the head of the house. This family died out with
Edmund Bigod who died at Acklam in the 1660's, though there may have
been descendants of his brother. Agnes Bigod his aunt married Richard
Bielby and died very young. Her son Simon Bielby is my ancestor.
