I have an ancestor, Maud Chaworth who married Henry Plantagenet, Earl of
Lancaster. Henry was the younger son of one of the English Kings;
however, his line eventually established the Lancasterian line of
English kings after the war of the roses. The last Battle of that war
was the Battle of Bosworth field in which the infamous Richard III was
defeated. His last words were said to have been: "My kingdom for a
horse!"
