Who were the children of Heneage Finch, 3rd Earl of Winchilsea (1627/8-1689) by his second wife Mary
Seymour (a descendant of King Henry VII)? Cokayne's Complete Peerage states they had eleven
children, three of whom were Frances, William, Heneage. Who were the others?
