Thanks ! Until I am able to got ahold of Stasser's article I am goiny to
show William III as probable son of Robert of Toulouse and grandson of
Raymond III Pons.

Now this creates one more detail for me to resolve. I have a couple of
siblings for William III. Should they also be made children of Robert of
Toulouse, or are they no longer considered siblings?

#1) Pons II, Count of Toulouse; d.990. I don't have a good source
confirming this.

#2.) Luitgarde; d. aft. 997; wife, possibly, of Borrell II, Count of
Barcelona. My source for this is Stuart's "Royalty For Commoners" (54:35)
& (195:36), which identifies her parents as Roymond Pons, C. of Toulouse
and Gersende of Gascony.

Today is the first day of the rest of your life ! () Jim
