"natural" in this context means "illegitmate".

According to ES III/4:689 Maud wife of Raymond was the sister of Rotrou (who
married in 1103 Maud (d.1120) daughter of Henry I and Edith. The parents of
Rotrou and his sister Maud were Geoffrey I (first) count of Perche and his
wife Beatrix de Roucy (dau. of count Hilduin).
