"Happy Easter" is welcome to Christians, I guess. The short message seems out
of place on this list. However, it would be a great mistake to disassociate
Christianity from history or genealogy...particularly in England, France,
Holland, the Norse countries et al. Just take the Crusades as one example.
Or the countless marriages of Royalty or close relations..My original
ancestor came here as a puritan, his son switched to Baptist...at a time in
Boston when they had to meet in secret. Religion, history and genealogy can
all be studied separately...but for the deepest meanings, they tend to
be connected..or am I just stating the obvious......Richard Barney
