I have Halvdan the Black as son of Gudrod Gofulglati (Gudrod the
Magnificent...or the Hunter King...or the Proud) who married (1) Asa
Haraldsdatter. That "Gofulglati" bothers me a bit at the moment...looks
like a typo on my part, one which changed an old Viking into an Italian.

In any case, I'm not particularly well documented. I might suggest that you
contact my old friend Kaare A. Lie (that Kaare is actually Kare with that
little "o" over the a, which I cannot replicate here). Last address I have
