Subject: MacSheehy/Sheehy - Scotland to Ireland

I understand from Edward MacLysaght's book: "Irish
Families..."; that the Sheehy clan came from Scotland to Ireland as
gallowglasses in the fourteenth century. Can anybody point me to any
other sources dealing with the Sheehy clan in Scotland prior to the
fourteenth century or to gallowglasses?
