I have read a family history that claims descendancy, by an unknown route,
from William 9th Prince of Orange, and I wonder if anyone out there can
suggest sources or research directions. I am totally lost once I get out of
the modern age. What I have is from the "Ward, Munger, Varnum, Martin
Genealogy" Collected & Arranged by Duren James Henderson Ward, Up the Divide
Publishing Company, 958 Acoma Street, Denver, Colorado, 1926. It provides
the following unconnected fractions:

Count of Nassau m. Juliana of Stolberg, their son William 9th Prince of
Orange (1533-1584), his daughter Sara m. Wolfert Webbert, their daughter
Anneke (1605-1663) m. Roeloff Jans (1) Everardus Bogardus (2). Her children
Sara, Katerina, Fytjie, James and Jan Jans; William, Cornelius, Jonas and
Pieter Bogardus.

Sarah Dennis, (said to be granddaughter or great granddaughter of Anneke
Jans-Bogardus) m. Samuel Munger, parents of John Munger of Long Island m.
Millicent Cox of Newburgh and Fishkill, NY, their son Samuel Minger b. Jan 4
1767 in Long Island d. 1826 in Dullins (Duffins?) Creek, Canada m Ruth Ray
(1777-1813). The latter couple are my wife's 3rd great grandparents.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
