Hi Susan,
I have the following: Edmund, Earl of Arundel, son of Richard
FITZALAN, was b. 1 May 1285 (a minor at his father's death and in ward to
Earl John de Warenne), was knighted with Prince Edward and many others on 22
May 1306 and on 9 Nov that year summoned to Parliment as Earl of Arundel.
He married when still within age , Alice, grandaughter of Earl John de
Warenne, his guardian, who eventually on the death of her brother John
without issue on 29 June 1286 became heiress presumptive to the whole de
Warenne comitatus. He officiated as Butler at the Coronation of Edward II.
In the later troubles of the reign he took the side of the King. He was
captured by the Queen's party and beheaded at Hereford on 17 Nov 1326 and
subsequently attainted, his honors and lands being forfeited. He was
succeeded by his son and heir Richard.
