Rather, "In this parish _of_ the gilded knight" since equitis is the
genitive form of eques (rider, horseman, knight) and aurati is the
genitive form of the participial adjective auratus-a-um (adorned with
gold, gilded etc)

Salutis is okay. It is the genitive form of salus. There are not
enough minims for salutaris unless there is an abbreviation that
Willette is not showing.
