P.S.--I probably should have mentioned that my best source of information
regarding Norway remains Kaare Lie of Borgheim, a patient fellow
genealogist who has supplied me with all manner of facts, legends, myths
and ahnentafel. I just noticed that one source he mentioned that I haven't
seen tossed about here of late is an old Icelandic book: "Flateyarbok."

While we are in this area, does anyone have any information on Heidrek
Ulveham of Jutland? He'd be about six generations back from Sigurd
Ring...about four generations back from the wife of Hrorek Slongvandbauge
Halvdannson, "Thrower of Golden Rings" father of Randver, father of Sigurd
Ring).
