Pagliocchini is a very rare surname, there are only 7 of them on the
Italian phonebook.

4 of them live in the commune of Rome:

which is in Lazio region. they could most probably be relatives, given
the very small number of Pagliocchini's in Italy.

3 other ones, the most interesting ones for you, live in the Perugia
area, in the communes of Assisi, Bastia and Sellano:

Isernia is not near Perugia, in the Umbria region, but in the Molise
region. There are no Pagliocchini's in there, as of now.
