Subject: [GEN-EVENTS] Next Monday's Oxfordshire FHS computer meeting

Hi colleagues

The next meeting of the Oxfordshire Family History Society will be a
computer meeting to be held on Monday 2 April 2007 at Exeter Hall, Oxford Road,
Kidlington, Oxford OX5 1AB.

The doors will open at 7.15pm. The meeting will start at around 7.30pm. It
will feature a presentation by Wendy Archer entitled "Have you visited these
sites – Fascinating web sites you may not have thought of".

The title of the talk is fairly self-explanatory. It will feature a tour of
web sites that the speaker considers to be interesting and relevant to family
historians, but which they might well not yet have discovered. Our speaker
Wendy Archer is a member of the society's executive committee, and is our
Vice-Chairman. She joined OFHS within six months of its formation, and has been a
member ever since. She is also well-own in the Guild of One-Name Studies,
for whom she is Regional Representative for Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Her own study is of the surname PULKER.

All members, potential members and their guests are welcome. Admission and
car parking are totally free.
