The German Interest Group of the Iowa Genealogical Society will hold their
Fifteenth Annual German Conference Sat. Jun 30, 2007 at the Des Moines
Botanical Center. The speaker will be Ernest Thode, author of the popular
"German-English Genealogical Dictionary".

There will be a session at the IGS Library Friday evening June 29 at 7 p.m.,
"Coping with German Border Changes and the Importance of Dates". This is
free
and open to the public.
