The September 16th meeting of the Tidewater Genealogical
Society (TGS) will be in the meeting room of the Tabb Library,
100 Long Green Blvd. off of Rt. 13, in York County
Refreshments at 10 a.m., the meeting at 10:30 a.m. Visitors
are welcome.

A panel discussion of the work of the “James City County
Cemetery Project” by Pat Higgs, Barbara Kaufmann,
Karol Hull and Fred Boelt. Information is still being collected.
They will soon publish three books with proposed titles:
Slave and Burial Grounds of James City County, James City
County Church Cemeteries, and Williamsburg Memorial
Cemetery.

A Silent Auction of donated items will be held. Bring your
donated items.
