and statistics, the Vermont Cancer Registry, the Vermont Immunization
Registry, and the Office of Vital Records. Richard has worked in
federal and state government for the past ten years, including the U.S.
Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. His areas of expertise are
identity theft and fraud prevention, public health information systems,
and population trends.
