Update for the Massachusetts Genealogical Council (MGC) Annual Meeting
and Seminar, July 30, The Conference Center at Marlborough, Massachusetts

The Massachusetts Genealogical Council is pleased to announce that The
Irish Research Ancestral Research Association (TIARA) has added two
Irish workshop tracks to the three tracks that will be provided by the
National Archives and Records Administration, Northeast Region (NARA).

TIARA workshops will provide expert help for "What To Do Before You Go"
to Ireland and "What To Do When You're There". Sessions for both
beginners, as well as experienced researchers, are available in morning
and afternoon sessions.

NARA speakers will provide nine sessions to help researchers of all
levels understand how to use the resources found in the NARA Northeast
Regional centers, and reveal new research strategies.

A multi-course buffet luncheon and refreshments throughout the day are
also included in the registration fee.

Members of the Association of Professional Genealogists (APG) will once
again host lunch table discussions in their areas of expertise.

Genealogy and Heritage craft vendors will provide an opportunity for
shopping and additional expertise.

The Conference Center at Marlborough is located on acres of wooded
scenery where those who would like to spend the weekend can also enjoy
the pool and health club facilities, use the business center or visit
other nearby research facilities.
