The Lake Co., IL Genealogical Society will hold its
annual Genealogical Seminar/Workshop on Saturday,
November 1, 2003 at the College of Lake County at
Grayslake, IL. Titled "RESEARCHING YOUR IMMIGRANT
ANCESTORS" this years event will have 3 nationally
know speakers. They are:
Helen Hinchliff - her topics are:
1. Look Before You Leap: Tips on Finding Your
Immigrant Ancestors.
2. Finding the 18th Century Scottish Immigrants.
3. Finding the 19th Century Immigrants.
4. Fraud, Fortune Hunters & Falsified Pedigrees.
Sandra Luebking - her topic is:
1. Coming to America - Ship Passenger Lists &
Naturlaization Recors, Found On-Line & Off.
Michael John Neill - his topics are:
1. Researching the Entire Family.
2. Ostfriesian Research.
