As Paul is the only one that tends to make any postings relating to non-USA
this may be a mute point, but why should a location within the USA be
stated as only City/State whilst those outside the USA need to state the
country. There are many outside the USA who are not familiar with the
divisions of states. Does for instance WI stand for Wisconsin or West
Indies? Should not all postings contain the country?
If this is indented to be an international list then should not the
standard be the same for any location? Or is this another case of us (or
should I say US) and them? :-)
