TREASURES IN THE LIBRARY

Registration 12 noon; Presentation 12:30 - 4:30 p.m.
TOPICS:
The 1930 census has arrived and this presentation will offer additional ways
to locate your family. Presentations by members of the Genealogical Committee
will discuss methods of how to find that elusive member of your family when
the exact address is not known.
Soundex, City Directories and Maps will be featured.
The Library has over 80 sets of CD ROMs that offer information to the
genealogical researcher. These are a little used resource. This presentation
will teach, assist and give information to the Library patron as to what is
available on these discs; how to use them, location and what one can expect
to find on these.
COST:
$10 for WRHS members; $15 for non-WRHS members. Registration deadline is
September 20th, after which $5 will be added to the cost. Checks covering
