FRENCH GENEALOGISTS
Join the French Community of the Detroit River region at historic Ste. Anne
de Detroit on Saturday, July 20 for the French Homecoming celebration.
Bishop James MacDonald from the Windsor area will be the presider at the 7pm
liturgy, that will be celebrated in both French and English, and will feature
members of the Tricentennial Choir.
Immediately after the liturgy there will be a procession and veneration of
the relic of Ste.Anne. A reception including refreshments, food and
entertainment will follow in the Ste.Anne Plaza.
Expect to see many in period costumes.
Parking is free and Ste.Anne de Detroit is easily reached, located one block
east of the Ambassador Bridge. For additional information contact Ste.
