Genealogy and Family History is the theme of the San Diego Scottish Highland
Games June 24 & 25, 2000 at Brengle Terrace Park in Vista, CA. Beth Gay,
editor of The Family Tree, a publication of the Odom Genealogy Library in
Moultrie, GA, will present 2 lectures: "Bet You're Scottish Somewhere" and
"Auntie Beth's 101 Genealogical Tips and Ideas". Heritage Quest will also
introduce you to books, charts and software to help you in your research.
They will have two feature presentations by Leland Meitzler "Beginning Your
Genealogy Search" and "United States Census Records and the Genealogist".
Bill Dollarhide will also speak on "Colonial Scotch-Irish Migration to
