August 4-5, 2000, Jefferson City, Missouri: The Missouri State Genealogical Association hosts its 20th Annual Genealogical Conference at the Capitol Plaza Hotel. The keynote speaker, Kory L. Meyerink, AG, MLS, is a nationally recognized authority in the field of genealogy and in great demand as a conference and seminar speaker. In addition to Mr. Meyerink's four lectures, there will be ten other family history lectures presented by recognized state experts during the two-day conference. The speakers will address a wide range of genealogical topics and answer the questions of both the beginner and more experienced researcher. As usual, there will be several major vendors in attendance with a wide variety of the most recent genealogy oriented merchandise.
