I don't know if you are interestedbut I run a small newsletter
distribution and mailing business. RAtes are cheap and it would
perhaps be less costly than you are presently experiencing.

If you are interested email me with details and I will give you
a reasonable quote. I presume your subscribers pay a fee for the
newsletter.
