Why not have a "helper;" someone to whom your newsletter author sends one
copy of the finished newsletter. This person could be responsible only for
keeping up with subscribers and the distribution of the newsletter. I don't
know if you charge for this service; I would assume snail subscribers would
pay something for postage and copies, at least. If so, the "helper" could
be responsible only for the e-mail and updates to the web site (if needed)
and the original author could collect payments and direct the snail mail.
