That's one factor we're looking into - per piece & per pound! Sigh....

It's done by a member of the society who runs a publishing company basically
out of her house - she has an offset press & a couple of copiers. I think
she could run the 11x17 pages - but could not auto-staple it - and that
would be a bear to do by hand for 250 copies!
