I have a question. I am a co-founder of a family association.

We are a non profit all volunteer association.

How do I write it in my by-laws and constitution, that we reserve the right to
refuse membership to for profit organizations. We have found that there is a
for profit newsletter, relating to the big surname family, and that the
publisher wants to subscribe to our association.
