Subject: Beginning a Surname Newsletter

I welcome any suggestions on beginning a surname newsletter. So far I have
not been able to locate any listings of newletters or websites for the
surname FERGUS and I would be interested in beginning one of the former.
But, why not use the expertise of those who have done it to be on the right
