Hello everyone;

Well the very first issue of the newsletter for the Junior
Membership of The Fuller Society goes to the printer today!!

I want to thank all of you that gave me some great ideas.
If I didn't use them in this first issue, I will at a later date.

Our first edition includes articles:
Girls on the Mayflower
Plymouth Plantation
Hoaxes and Myths
That First Thanksgiving
Seek n Find puzzle (find Mayflower Passengers)
Receipe for 'Kick The Can, Ice Cream'
Contest Info, to name the newsletter
Short story, "Our Mobile Ancestors"
Short list of URL's to check out (for those with computers)

While this newsletter is about our FULLER ancestors, it's also
going to be used as a tool to get these kids interested in
doing family research themselves, and having some fun along the way!

If it were JUST about research or meetings, they could read the
adult version of The Fuller Society newsletter.
This is for them!!! That's why the contest to name the newsletter.
Let them have a title that they can relate to!

Also, this junior membership has a wide span of ages, so sometimes
the articles will be geared to the 16 yr. old. Other times, you'll
find something for the 10 year old. All in one issue!

At the present time, we have 24 jr. members.
Besides them, this newsletter will be mailed to the founder of
The Fuller Society, the membership chairman, and our special
projects person.

With each new membership, the current issue of the newsletter
will always be mailed to them right away.
At the present time, I plan to publish this newsletter every
three months. The size of the paper will vary from time to time.

Thanks again for all of your great suggestions.
Good Luck to you in your newsletters also.

Norma
