Cumming

Mrs. Mary Annette Schroeder Bramblett, age 63, of Cumming passed away
Thursday, May 17, 2007. An Atlanta native, Born January 19, 1944 to Mr. and
Mrs. Hubert C. Schroeder, she resided in Atlanta until 1968, when she moved
to Cumming. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Dr. Rupert
H. Bramblett, physician of Forsyth County. Annette graduated from Southwest
High School in Atlanta in 1961, received a B.A. from Oglethorpe University
in 1965, a Master of Education from Georgia State University in 1970 and a
Specialist in Education from Georgia State in 1973. Having taught school for
30 years, she retired from Sawnee Elementary in 1995, and subsequently
served as a leader in the Historical Society of Forsyth County and the
Forsyth County Retired Educators Association.

She is survived by stepson and stepdaughter-in-law Walker and Vicky
Bramblett, step daughters and stepsons-in-law Remelba and Douglas Sorrells
and Patsy and Michael Bennett of Cumming; eight stepgrandchildren; 16 step
great-grandchildren; and special friend, George P. Ingram.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, May 20, 2007 at 3:00 pm at Ingram
Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jimmy Orr, Dr. Dan Armistead, Rev. Don Westray,
Rev. Rubin Smith and Rev. Harvey Langley officiating. Interment will follow
at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram
Funeral Home on Saturday from 2:00 until 4:00 pm and 6:00 until 9:00 pm.
