I found the census records for James W. Tribble with 10 yr old Oliver Petty listed as Oliver Tribble. Do you know anything about why he was living with the Tribble's? Were they related in some way to the Petty's or Echols'? Since 5 of his siblings were living with their aunt (Mary Thomas Echols) in the same county, it seems strange that he would be living with an unrelated family.
