We are cousins. Two things come to mind . There is an Estes cousin in Texas who says that when the Estes family moved to Ga that Joshua was dead and that Elizabeth came with Miles, Charles and Joel. Mrs Jones said in her letter that both Eliz. & Joshua are buried on their farm near Cumming. Also there is a book about the Phillips family that said that Elizabeth was alive and at the funeral for her son Miles and was over 100 yrs old. Have you heard about this?

Joel, brother of Miles, was appointed to help my gg grandmother Mary Ann Foster settle the estate of gg grandfather Joe Foster. I think Joel Estes wound up being probate judge of Forsyth Co.

I like to get photos of grave markers so I will try to get to Haw Creek.
