Happy New Year! I am Tracey Bean and I have lots of connections to Forsyth Co.
My GGGG grandparents were James and Sarah Fowler. They lived in the Hightower District of Forysth Co. Pretty much near the Cherokee/Forsyth Co lines.
My GGGG grandparents Moses and Mary Ledbetter were also from this same area.
My GGG grandparents John L Tippin was also in this area in 1880. They family pretty much disappears after this census. I have seen the Forsyth Co Cemeteries Book and it lists an unknown Tippins Family Cemetery that is supposed to be located across the street from the old Frogtown store near the Hightower area. I would love to locate this cemetery.
I look forward to another great year!
Hugs,
Tracey

> My name is Sam Anderson (William S. Anderson) I was born and lived in Forsyth Co until I was 9 years old then I lived in Gwinnett Co until I was 18 and moved away from Ga at that time. I have been working on genealogy almost full time since I retired in 1995. In 1998 I was diagnosed with Parkinson's. That has slowed me down but I still loved to share with you. Sometimes I discover some very interesting things about our heritage. I am currently in a DNA working group. Come on folks!!! lets give a little to get a lot.
