Hi. I looked in my copy of the book, Forsyth County, Georgia Marriage
Records 1833-1933 by Ted O. Brooke, and I did not see your couple listed (I
checked groom surname Kelley and Kelly and bride surname Francis, no
Frances entries). Depending on where they resided in Forsyth County, they
may have married in Dawson or Hall counties or another of the surrounding
counties. (My grandparents lived in Forsyth County near the borders with
Dawson and Hall, and I finally found their marriage record in Hall county.)
