1886 Minutes of Forsyth County Georgia
To the Hon. H. L. Hawkins Ordinary of said County. The Petitio of Sarah F.
Pirkle (formerly Sarah F. Ragan) respectfully shows that she is the mother and
natural guardian of her nine minor children to wit: Josiah W., Isham J.,
Richard F., Mary M., Lavinia C., Luna A., Julia C., James H., and Jesse C.
Ragan minot heirs of Jesse H. Ragan late of said county deceased, and that
they are entitled to receive from the estate of their Grand Father the sum of
One Hundred and fifty dollars or thereabouts, and that it is necessary to have
a Guardian appointed for their property aforesaid Wherefore, Petitioner prays
the passage of an order appointing her guardian as aforesaid, upon her
compliance with the law in such cases made and provided. And as in duty bound
