Hello fellow Forsyth County, GA researchers,

Would some kind soul with access to Donna Parrish's cemetery book please
look to see whether Griffin Mauldin is listed? I understand his mother,
Nancy, is not.

They were enumerated in the 1880 census in the Chestatee District of
Forsyth County, Georgia, with her nephew, Perrien (perhaps Perrin) Mauldin,
but they hailed from the Pickens County area of South Carolina.

Thanks for the look-up, and if anyone is researching these Mauldins, I'll
be glad to share what I have. It is my understanding that Griffin was the
brother to my great-grandmother, Obedience Mauldin Kennemore (Mrs. William
Harleston Kennemore).
