I appreciate the advice from Jonelle Ellis Russell on copyrights.

I forget that everyone is not familiar with
Hiram Parks Bell 9 Jan. 1827 to 16 Aug. 1907
Confederate Soldier Congressman Georgia Statesman
He was one of two delagates from Forsyth County at the Georgia Secession
Convention.
There is a biography online on the SCV page.

His book is in the public domain.

As far as my newspaper columns go, I retained the copyright to my articles as
I did to the articles I wrote for genealogical quarterlies in the 70s.

If any of you are not familiar with me, I have been working on Forsyth County
history since 1970.
Besides the books that I hold the copyright on, I have many many records in
my files that are either original work by me or files that were given to me
with permission to share.

If occasionally you are reading a book or article on Forsyth and you see
material that is similar to mine remember that I have worked and shared with
many people in the past. I wrote and/or shared some of the material that
appears in other peoples' books on Forsyth County.
