Has anyone fould Absalum Martin ca: 1772 in the 1850 Census in Hall Co.,
He died in about Nov of 1850 -
was that before the census ?
Absalom Martin's found
1830 Hall Co GA page 83 No Township listed.
1840 Hall Co GA page 167 565th District
1850 Hall Co GA page 390 38th District.
according to my notes Absalum Martin had the following children:
(of these,i beleive - Jacob, Elijah and family of Moses are found in
Forsyth in 1850.)

There is a Jacob b: 18 May 1798 wife Susanna listed in Forsyth in
1850 but there is also
a Jacob in Hall & Cherokee in 1850. Do Not know if the Jacob in
Forsyth is the son of Absalum.
if anyone has the census transcription for Jacob in 1850, or his age
i would appreciate it.

5. Polly b: ?? - listed in Will - Eli Tanner is in the 1840 Census
Forsyth but not found in 1850.
No Eli Tanner found in Georgia Index in 1850 - there is a Eli Tanner
in Boone Co., KY in 1850.
6. Samuel b: ?? - listed in Will - not found in Forsyth in 1850
The Samuel Martin residing in Forsyth in 1850 is believed to be the
son of Moses b: 1801
below.
