Hello list, I am researching
Mike Fears, b. 1850's in Kelly Georgia,
located in Jasper Co. Mike
had at least 3 children
with a Bettie/Betsey
Robinson of the same town.
Their son Freeman, b. 1876
is my direct relation.


I am also researching Nathaniel
Hurd b. 1824 and wife Elmira b. 1833.
I find them in Morgan Co. Ga. on the
1870 census. Nathaniel had at least
one brother named Bartley, and Bartley
chose to spell his surname as HEARD.
Nathaniel and Elmira had at least 12 children,
one of which is daughter Celia Hurd.
Celia Hurd married the above mentioned
gr.grandfather Freeman Fears.
