thanks faye yep its been along day!!
but so far i been good i walk around with a tooth brush in my mouth but..its
working so far! missi with pretty white teeth.

Way to go Missi! You can do this...we all know you can! My brother quit a
few months ago...he used the patches and later on the gum. He says it was
pretty bad some days and but worth the effort. We're all here for you on
Folklore!
